Please allow 1 business days for the processing of your order, regardless of the shipping option chosen during checkout. Shipments occur from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that even if you upgrade to express shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. In case you do not find the shipping confirmation email in your main inbox, kindly check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please be aware that expenses for standard and express shipping, as well as any third-party charges like shipping insurance, cannot be refunded. Delays caused by the carrier are beyond our responsibility.
Please be aware that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details associated with your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We strongly advise all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before completing the checkout process to prevent potential delays.
Your package might require a signature upon delivery, though most packages are typically left at the provided address’s mailbox or front door. However, the decision to leave the package in an open area rests with the delivery courier, based on safety considerations. If the courier deems it unsafe, they will either hold the package at a nearby post office or arrange an alternative delivery schedule. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing a shipping address where you or a designated individual will be available (such as a work address or that of a friend).
The responsibility for accurately entering the shipping address lies with the buyer. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, which results in a narrow window for order cancellation, changes, or address adjustments. Should you choose to cancel the order or modify the shipping address, kindly contact us at support@luxxelocks.com immediately after placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please understand that our ability to do so is subject to varying time constraints.
Should our team be unable to cancel your order due to timing, you have the option to return the received order to us. In such cases, we will monitor whether the package is returned to our warehouse. If it is returned, we can then arrange reshipment to the accurate address or process a full refund.
Additional Shipping Costs: If you upgraded your shipping and the package is returned due to an incorrect address, and if you seek a refund, please note that the enhanced shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Each of our shipments is accompanied by tracking that includes delivery confirmation. In the event that the tracking information verifies the delivery of the item to your specified order address, but you have not yet received your order, we recommend reaching out to the courier service for a thorough inquiry into the matter.
We cannot assume responsibility for packages for which the tracking information indicates delivery to your designated order address. If you have encountered instances of lost or stolen packages at your residence in the past, we advise considering an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, to ensure the secure receipt of your package.
